公司生产基地坐落于地处大理州中部,点苍山之西的漾濞彝族自治县境内。漾濞彝族自治县核桃生产自然条件优越,栽培历史悠久,是中国著名的核桃之乡、核桃产业龙头县。全县现核桃种植面积107万亩,核桃年产量4.15万吨,产值10.38亿元,核桃树是名符其实的“致富树”“幸福树”。公司原料选自漾濞县特有的大泡核桃品种,该品种在全国尤其是南方影响深远。
公司重磅产品核桃乳茶已获得国家专利并填补了国内空白(专利号:CN201210314690.9)。核桃乳茶采取传统磨浆精制而成,特征是利用核桃仁衣经过磨浆调配作为核桃奶茶饮品,充分利用了仁衣中丰富的多酚源,把仁衣作为蛋白及其乳化油源,其制品的口感、色泽与风味均具有植物奶茶饮品的属性与风格,含有丰富的核桃多酚及其核桃蛋白和核桃油脂,有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗癌、降血脂等功能,是色香味形俱佳的新型功能饮品。
